updateProfile - ensure that the test suite profiles are up to date

updateProfile.pl [-nv] profile1 profile2...

-n

Do nothing, just report what would be done.

-v

Be verbose.

In general this should only be used on locally created test suite profiles, since ApTest-supplied profiles will always be updated by ApTest.
